They met as strangers - Anifilm and Komiksfest announce a contest for the best comic strip

The International Festival of Animated Films, Anifilm, held in Třeboň from 3rd to 8th May 2013, announces in cooperation with Komiksfest a contest for the best comic strip themed They met as strangers. Imagine what it would be like for animated characters from various films to meet. What would they say to each other, what situations would they get into?

Come up with a short and humorous story that fits into three horizontal frames and send it to us electronically. It is up to you what technique, method and form of the comic strip you choose.

PRESENTATION
All the comic strips will be printed and exhibited in Třeboň and will also be available online at the Anifilm web pages. The best comic strips will be included in a printed brochure available at the festival. A jury of three experts will choose the best comic strip and the winner can look forward to attractive prizes.

PRIZES
A COPIC Ciao marker set, the favourite marker set of many graphic artists of comic books and manga all over the world.
A Komiksfest gift package.

FINAL WORD
The organisers reserve the right not to publish comic strips considered inappropriate (vulgar or pornographic).
