She uses a minimalist black and white style to visualise the theme of abortion, giving the situation that many women find themselves in a convincing urgency.

Using neurotic animals, the director explores the anxiety and fear that some people feel when meeting new people. Humorous metaphoric scenes star an intellectual porcupinefish, exhibitionist stingray, exercising sloth and a chameleon in front of a mirror.

This film critically examines institutional care for children in the Czech Republic and its heritage from the communist era. Authentic testimonies of the film’s protagonists are sensitively underlined by a moderate artistic style. The Slovak director made this film at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
