This year’s winner of the Anifilm Lifetime Achievement Award is Jiří Kubíček – a dramaturge, screenwriter, teacher, occasional director, and a key figure of Czech animation. Today at 20.00 in the Varšava Cinema, you can watch a selection of his animated works, which comprise a diversity of short films. Jiří Kubíček has collaborated with many directors, including Václav Bedřich, Jaroslav Boček, Břetislav Pojar, and Pavel Koutský. The screening block is intended primarily for adult audiences.
